  To assist with your application we would appreciate you reading and printing the Terms and Conditions/Liability Waiver and then signing/dating the Liability Waiver and then posting/faxing it back to us. Thank you.

  The address for mailing applications and the number to fax applications to are included in the application pack. Please remember to allow enough time for your application to be received if sending by post. Applications can also be scanned and emailed to exhibitors@portobellowest.com.
